Maggie,
I know the document was written in 2000. You’d have to ask the author if there is anything newer.
I had searched for months for a single source that compiled property tax law by state and this was the best (and only) resource I could find.

You were smart to dig deeper and look for updates to your state’s property tax exemption. That document from Civic Fed is only a launch pad to start researching.

I am asking because I searched my state and there is a list of exemptions in our state laws that is not listed in the document mentioned. I am wondering if it is solely based on the age.
